GFL Environmental is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Call Centre Team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with account management, handling inquiries, and promoting GFL's waste services to businesses and industrial establishments.

Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries on first contact and follow up when necessary
Navigate multiple phone systems and email platforms efficiently
Process payments and update customer accounts
Schedule appointments and handle inquiries for sales representatives
Assist sales team by tracking customers and preparing quotations
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Represent GFL Environmental in a positive and professional manner
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset
1-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle challenging situations
Familiarity with CRM and call center software is an asset
Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong teamwork and independence
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule
Full-time position with shifts typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays, evenings, or weekend shifts may be required based on business needs
Flexibility in start/end times may be needed; advance notice will be provided for any changes
