Customer Service Representative

Answer customer queries via phone and email Share information about our products and services Solve customer issues and find great solutions Keep track of customer interactions with accurate data entry Work with the team to improve the customer experience Demonstrate professional and friendly phone etiquette Find opportunities to recommend services that fit our customer needs Follow up to make sure customers are satisfied
What We're Looking For
Good communication skills (written and spoken) Problem-solving mindset Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus Detail-oriented with good data entry skills Friendly and customer-focused attitude Team player
