What Will You Be Doing?
You will be the front-line voice of our lottery projects, providing the initial impression to our customers. You will take calls for lottery ticket orders, enter purchaser data into the system, verify the data entered, open incoming mail orders, and complete data entry for mail-in orders.

In Addition You Will:
  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries,
  • Complete data entry and verify customer lottery ticket order information,
  • Provide ticket purchasers with lottery campaign information as detailed in the project reference binder,
  • Complete Freshdesk support tickets for customer service inquiries.
  • Courtesy Outbound reminder calls,
  • Assist with opening, review, and sorting of incoming lottery ticket mail orders,
What are we looking for you to have?
  • Customer service experience
  • Flexibility, adaptability and reliability,
  • Strong problem solving skills,
  • Skills in Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint,
  • Freshdesk knowledge (desirable),
  • Ability to type quickly and efficiently,
Shift Availability:
  • Ongoing Part-time casual positions with a variety of shifts available across 7 days a week, from 8am to midnight (Majority of these roles will be evening and weekend hours).
  • Hourly Rate of $16.30
