Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Analyze customer inquiries to determine their needs and offer suitable solutions.
Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards while communicating with customers.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Previous experience in sales or call center environments is preferred.
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and best practices for customer service.
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
