Call Center Representative
to join our clinic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Duties
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments according to clinic protocols
Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, appointment types, and general policies
Verify patient demographics and perform accurate data entry in the
CHR electronic medical record (EMR) system
Identify patient needs and appropriately route calls or escalate concerns to clinical or administrative staff
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and demonstrate empathy in all patient interactions
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient interactions and required follow-up
Collaborate with physicians, MOAs, and administrative staff to support smooth clinic operations
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in a medical clinic, call center, or customer service role is an asset
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Experience using
CHR EMR
or similar electronic medical record systems is an asset
Ability to accurately enter and manage patient information
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy standards is an asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
