Job Description
We are a busy 24/7 inbound Answering Service looking for a dynamic individual who has excellent customer service.
This is a part-time / on-call position and we require a candidate who has a flexible schedule throughout the week and weekends.
Our overall shift times vary as follows:
WEEKDAYS: 7am or 8am to 2pm, 3pm or 330pm
AFTERNOONS: 2pm or 3pm to 9pm or 11pm.
WEEKENDS: variations of above.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Utilize effective phone etiquette and communication skills
Qualifications
Proficient and strong communication skills in English - both written and speaking Excellent customer service with a "happy" and "helpful" voice Professional and polite demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Typing speed of 55wpm and comfortable with computers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
