Call Center Representative Position

About the Role

Our Abbotsford-based office is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to support patient transport coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring patients are transferred safely and efficiently while providing professional, compassionate service to callers and crews. This is a permanent, full-time position.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls in a professional, calm, and efficient manner
• Accurately record, update, and share information using internal systems
• Support colleagues during high call volumes
• Respond to driver and crew questions in a timely manner
• Escalate issues, concerns, or requests to Dispatch as required
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

What You Bring

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
• Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare, transportation, or dispatch is an asset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency

Schedule
We operate 7 days per week from roughly 6:00 am to midnight. Shifts are scheduled in advance and may include evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
