Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact.

Your primary responsibilities will include placing outbound calls, handling questions, and promoting our products and services, all while working from the COMFORT OF YOUR HOME.

Approximately 2 weeks of training is required in our head office (St Catharine's) and then after training is completed, you can begin working from HOME!

Responsibilities

Placing outbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions. Assist customers with their questions, efficiently and effectively. Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Hours Are

Monday's 10am - 4pm Tuesday's 10am - 1pm and 4pm - 7pm (split shift) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday's 10am - 4pm Perfect for Seniors & Students

Qualifications

Proven experience in a call center environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English is a MUST. Strong assertive phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively. Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is advantageous. Attention to detail. A strong attendance record Punctuality
