Duties

Lead and motivate cafeteria staff to deliver outstanding food service and customer experiences Oversee food preparation, serving, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality Manage daily operational tasks including inventory checks, food handling procedures, and cleanliness standards Coordinate catering and other functions, ensuring timely setup and smooth execution Enforce food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies Train team members on proper serving techniques, dietary accommodations, and hospitality best practices Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Maintain regular inventory and grocery runs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in food service or restaurant supervision Pro serve / Food Safety Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (especially during events) Basic cash handling and POS system experience Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to train new staff and manage small teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Work Location: In person
