Timber Cafe is hiring for: Cafe Manager



Our well established Cafe located inside Home Hardware Lloydminster is looking to hire a Cafe Manager.

The Cafe Manager is responsible for leading our fun and friendly team with a strong focus on quality and working with a sense of purpose and urgency. We're looking for someone who is not afraid of a challenge, and is a stickler for doing things the right way, everyday. Our customers come for our relaxing, stress-free environment, and our aim is to delight them with every experience.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen/cafe, including:

Training, development and management of employees

Manage all aspects of food purchasing, storage, preparation and service

Front of house operations

Ensuring our guests feel welcome and taken care of and our team members supported and encouraged.

Maintaining quality and performance standards are met while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
