We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our Cafe team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining our commitment to serving quality products . Join us in creating a welcoming environment where customers can enjoy delicious food and good company.

Hours

Shifts range from Monday - Saturday, closed Sundays and holidays. shift hours are 9am - 5:30pm.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Lead and motivate the cafe team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work and motivate team in a fast paced enviornment. Manage inventory, food preparation, and food safety standards. Maintain quality in all customer orders. Maintain relationships with suppliers and place orders for Cafe department ingredients/supplies. Implement training programs for staff development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Drive sales through excellent service and community engagement. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our core values Carry and lift up heavy objects up to 50lbs

Proven experience in restaurant or cafe management.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service abilities. Food Safe Certified. Experience with POS systems. Ability to manage inventory and supply chain effectively. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
