To be responsible for the full preparation of the Cafe department;
To provide customers with excellent service, quality and selection of various coffee products;
To respond immediately to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
To assist the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff;
To maintain the department in the absence of the department manager;
To ensure the safety, sanitation and general maintenance of the Department meet with Company standards;
To perform other duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
2-3 years experience in a retail coffee shop environment
Proven customer service and marketing abilities as well as initiative;
Knowledge of Coffee Bean products and Roasting procedures
Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings and weekends;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Retail store experience would be an asset;
