We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow food handling safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Skills

Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient order processing. Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food handling safety practices. Strong cashiering skills with attention to detail in cash handling. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
