We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cafe All-Round Members, both full-time and part-time, to help us continue providing an outstanding cafe experience.

Job Overview:

As a Cafe All-Round Member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from crafting delicious coffee beverages to preparing and serving food items, and providing top-notch customer service. Your dynamic role will require adaptability, multitasking, and a friendly demeanor to create a memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety guidelines. Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, taking orders and offering menu recommendations. Handle cash register transactions and manage payments accurately. Ensure the cafe's appearance is inviting, including table setting and overall cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to meet service and efficiency standards. Participate in opening and closing duties as required. Stay informed about our menu offerings and be prepared to answer customer inquiries. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and replenishing supplies when necessary.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food handling practices is advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Reliable and punctual.
