Job Description

The Supervisor at Royal Majesty plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
• Train new staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service and food handling.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and enhance customer engagement.

Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
