About the Role

As our Cafe Bakery Manager, you'll be the hands-on leader guiding the daily success of your store. You'll foster a positive, motivated team while ensuring smooth operations, excellent service, and a welcoming guest experience.

Minimum 2 years' experience

as a supervisor or manager in a cafe, bakery, or quick-service restaurant is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service Manage daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and payroll Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety Engage with guests and resolve any issues with professionalism Monitor sales, labour costs, and performance goals Help organize community events and local marketing efforts Foster a fun, respectful, and productive team culture

What We're Looking For

2+ years of leadership experience in food service or hospitality Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills A positive, team-oriented mindset and passion for great service

Legally allowed to work in Whistler (Canada)

Holds a valid BC driver's license

Available to work full-time, year-round in Whistler
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
