CAD/CAM TECHNOLOGIST
Our
CAD/CAM Technologists
create programs for our diverse and expanding selection of manufactured parts. You are a part of the bigger picture! As a CAD/CAM Technologist, you are responsible for developing manufacturing documentation to setup each job for success. Joining our team means you become an integral part in troubleshooting and implementing creative solutions to manufacturing problems.
We are seeking a person with the following skill set and competencies:
A diploma or equivalent experience in Design and Manufacturing Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology
Experience with Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD package and strong ability to read and create engineering drawings.
Experience in nesting software and/or machining programming software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Your skills and competencies will help you:
Manage and create manufacturing documentation for the fabrication of simple and complex parts and assemblies.
Create CNC programs for operators.
Design manufacturing aids (jigs and fixtures) for various fabrication operations.
Solve manufacturing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
