About the Role:

Seeking a detail-oriented

CAD Technologist

specializing in land development with advanced

Autodesk Civil 3D

skills. This position is

in-office

, working directly with the engineering team to transform design concepts and markups into precise, construction-ready drawings. Quality is always the top priority while meeting promised deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed grading, servicing, and lot layout drawings using Civil 3D. Interpret and apply design guidance and markups from project engineers. Ensure all drawings meet high standards for accuracy and quality. Coordinate closely with team members to deliver work on schedule. Assist with quantity take-offs and record drawing updates as needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related discipline.

Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation preferred.

Minimum

3 years of relevant CAD drafting experience

in land development. Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D. Solid understanding of grading, servicing, and subdivision design. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills; must enjoy collaborating

in-office

with the design team.
