Job Description

We're looking for a

CAD Technician

who's fast, accurate, and knows how to turn engineers' sketches and markups into clean, buildable drawings.

What we're looking for:



College or university graduate in

civil, structural, or drafting technology

-- or equivalent experience (a strong high school grad who's genuinely good at CAD is fine by us).

Fluent in AutoCAD 2D

; experience in 3D is a bonus. Able to

interpret and develop drawings

from engineer sketches, redlines, and markups -- with attention to detail and layout quality. Solid

understanding of civil and structural works

-- grading, servicing, framing, rebar, etc. -- so you can catch inconsistencies, ask questions, or fill in the obvious details. Comfortable coordinating with engineers to clarify intent and keep drawings consistent across sheets and projects. Organized, accurate, and able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
