Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD,
- Collaborate with engineers to develop accurate technical drawings and designs.
- Interpret sketches, specifications, and other design documents to create accurate representations.
- Assist in the development of construction plans, schematics, and layouts.
- Review and modify existing drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and other necessary data for design purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all design work.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit.
- Strong knowledge of drafting techniques and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
