CAD Operator
Temp to Perm
Etobicoke
Day shift Monday to Friday
$19.50/hr +
Apply mechanical design principles to turn customer drawings and specifications into production CAD files for a variety of industrial processes.
Responsibilities
- Interpret customer designs and specifications.
- Operate industrial CAD / CAM software
- Daily maintenance of the plate inventory system to ensure accuracy and optimization of materials used.
- Maintain standards for document control, quality, and traceability. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2Completion of a post-secondary mechanical design or similar program.
- Proficient with CAD / CAM applications such as AutoCAD and ProNest.
- Imperial and metric systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
