Treads by Design is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated AutoCAD and Fusion Drafter to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This full-time position offers competitive wages, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Draft stairs and stair components with speed and precision using AutoCAD and Fusion Create production work orders and stay on top of tight deadlines Program stair parts for CNC machines, ensuring quick turnaround times Collaborate with a fast-moving team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality Read and interpret blueprints to meet the demands of the fast-paced production environment

Requirements:

Proven experience with AutoCAD and Fusion, especially in Residential/Carpentry Drafting Residential framing/carpentry experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Training will be provided for all tasks, ensuring you have the tools to succeed in a fast-moving role
