Translate customer requirements and engineering concepts into accurate, manufacturable tooling solutions.
Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles to ensure tooling designs are efficient, cost-effective, and production-ready.
Prepare and maintain detailed drawings, BOMs, and documentation in line with company and customer standards.
Participate in design reviews, feasibility studies, and tooling optimization for new and existing programs.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams to ensure tooling meets performance, quality, and timeline targets.
Contribute ideas to improve tooling performance, reduce costs, and streamline manufacturing processes.
