Cabinet/millwork Assembler
Job Description
Rainbow Contractors designs & builds architectural millwork solutions for our numerous retail, institutional and commercial clients. We manufacture our products in-house in our production facility in Calgary, AB and our millwork designs are unparalleled in quality and execution, and we work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to constantly innovate our product offerings.
We are now seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our millwork assembly team.
This individual must have a strong willingness to learn, work hard, work as part of a team, able to work overtime and Saturdays and can receive and take instruction and will be responsible for tasks including:
Install hardware on cabinet components
Assemble components into cabinet boxes and using case clamp
Assemble components into drawer boxes using drawer box clamp
Assist in finalizing boxes on end table
Build toe kicks
Job responsibilities include:
Be able to receive instruction and competently act on direction given
Be attentive to what is on the carts ("conveyor belt")
Be respectful of fellow employees and be a team player!
Be task oriented
Ensure PPE is worn and in good order
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
Work Location: In person
