What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with the sales/design team and production team to ensure designs are feasible and efficient.
Create job-specific production files and CNC code using Cabinet Vision software.
Apply thorough understanding of nested CNC-controlled three-axis routers.
Importing Cabinet Vision files into our management software Cienapps.
Provide technical support for the production team and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Apply millwork and cabinetry expertise to develop economical assembly and installation methods.
Stay up to date with the latest Cabinet Vision / CAD software tools and techniques.
Follow all company guidelines.
Assist with continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring to the Team
3+ years of experience in a cabinetry engineering role.
Strong understanding of wood machining principles.
Proficiency with Cabinet Vision software.
Dedication to continuous improvement and Lean principles.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
