We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and be the lead of a team of sales professionals. This role requires a strong background in cabinet sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. The Sales Leader will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Lead sales closures to enhance performance and productivity.
Manage account relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting new clients and maintaining existing accounts.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Cabinet Sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in account management and building long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in outside sales techniques as well as inside sales processes.
Strong presentation skills for conducting product demos effectively.
Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs.
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and analyzing data.
Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred.
