Cabinet Sales & Design Consultant

to lead clients through the design process, from first ideas to final layouts. You'll be working on custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, offices, closets, and more--translating vision into beautifully built solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the end-to-end cabinetry sales and design process Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers Conduct on-site layouts and final site measures Create detailed designs and quotes using

Cabinet Vision

Guide clients through design options, materials, and pricing Ensure clear communication around scope, timelines, and expectations Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth production hand-off Stay current on design trends, materials, and industry practices Support continuous improvement and contribute to a positive team culture

What You'll Bring to the Team

3+ years of experience in cabinetry sales & design High proficiency in

Cabinet Vision

or similar design software Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and millwork materials Detail-oriented with a creative, solutions-focused mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Tech-savvy and confident learning new software Passionate about customer service and design Accountable, dependable, and collaborative Bonus: Knowledge of lean principles or experience in manufacturing environments

Base Salary Range is between

$55,000 - $72,000 CAD. Additional commission is tied to profitability of jobs. This typically amounts to an additional 20-30% of base salary.
