Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and furniture, utilizing a variety of woodworking techniques and tools. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial installations, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every piece produced. Candidates with strong woodworking skills and experience in construction or cabinetry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities



Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine specifications and dimensions for cabinet production Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other woodworking equipment Install cabinets and related fixtures on-site with attention to detail and safety standards Perform restoration work on existing cabinetry or furniture as needed Measure and prepare materials for construction or renovation projects Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to project timelines Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols at all times Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure specifications are met

Qualifications



Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction fields Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment Experience with installation of cabinets and furniture in residential or commercial settings Familiarity with construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, caulking, plumbing, electrical work, and heavy lifting is a plus Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail and quality control Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform manual tasks for extended periods
