At Clay, we have over 30 years in design, construction and millwork in both residential and commercial projects. Unique in that we are the only renovation contractor in the London area with a showroom and millwork shop integrated into our business. In the millwork shop- we create one-of-a-kind kitchens, bathroom vanities, entertainment centers, storage solutions, one off tables, chairs and more. This department collaborates with sales, designers, site staff and operations. Communication, quality and teamwork are key here. We have processes and standards that provide guiderails for exceptional delivery. Depending on space and benches available, staff have the ability to customize their work area. Working intentionally often on tight deadlines is part of the deal here. But a good dose of camaraderie, a fabulous snack drawer, and often a dog to pet round out a great place to work.
