Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, carpentry, and custom cabinetry, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. This role involves crafting high-quality cabinets and furniture pieces, ensuring precise assembly, finishing, and installation.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly processes Cut, shape, and assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other woodworking equipment Ensure all cabinetry meets quality standards through precise measurements and attention to detail Install cabinets and furniture on-site or in workshop settings with accuracy and professionalism Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, or sealing to achieve desired aesthetic results Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with additional construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or minor plumbing/electrical work if needed

Skills

Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for cabinetry design Experience with woodworking techniques including hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and assembly methods Strong knowledge of construction practices such as framing, restoration, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, roofing, siding, caulking, rebar installation, and reconditioning projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling and installation processes Familiarity with construction estimating and project planning is a plus Maintenance Person experience or background in electrical or plumbing work is advantageous Excellent attention to detail with a focus on craftsmanship quality Good communication skills for collaborating within a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.89-$33.63 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
