Experience Cabinet Maker - Shop

We are looking to hire an experienced

Cabinet Maker

to join our shop team. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, has proven industry experience, and is comfortable working with both laminates and wood construction.

What You'll Do

Build and assemble

custom cabinetry and wood products

with a strong focus on

plastic laminate fabrication

Accurately read and interpret

drawings, blueprints, and plans

Operate and maintain

all standard shop equipment and tools

Fabricate cabinets with laminate finishes for environments such as

doctors' offices, dental clinics, daycares, retail stores, and grocery stores

Provide guidance to junior team members;

shop lead or management experience

is a strong asset

What We're Looking For

Extensive industry experience in cabinet making

(laminate countertops alone do not qualify) Proven ability to fabricate and finish

laminate cabinetry

Strong background in both

laminates and wood construction

Skilled in reading and following technical drawings and specifications Experience with a wide range of

shop machinery and tools

Leadership or shop lead experience preferred
