Read & Interpret Architectural & Millwork Shop Drawings Work With Melamines, Plastic Laminates, Veneers & Solid Wood Build Custom Cabinets For Commercial, Residential & Institutional Projects Perform Edge Banding & Doweling Of Millwork Parts Operate CNC Routers Sand Wood & MDF Components Assemble Custom Woodwork & Cabinetry Conduct Regular Quality Control Checks On Completed Work Manage Time Effectively To Meet Project Deadlines Possess Strong Organizational Skills, The Ability To Multitask & Attention To Detail Maintain A Safe Work Environment By Adhering To All Safety Procedures And Regulations Ability To Work Quickly And Effectively With Others, Requiring Minimal Onsite Supervision Possesses A Valid Ontario G Class Driver's License With A Clean Driving Abstract Be Willing To Travel For Out Of Town Work When Needed Graduate (Or Soon-To-Be Graduate) Of A Woodworking Technology Program Is A Plus Previous Shop & Installation Experience Is A Strong Asset Ability To Read Architectural & Millwork Drawings You Are Self-Motivated, Well-Organized, Punctual And Self-Driven To Work Independently & In A Team Setting Highly-Organized, Detail-Oriented & Able To Multitask Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills Proficient Planning, Organizational & Computer Skills Valid Ontario G-class driver's License & Access To A Personal Vehicle Is Required
