About the Role

TRE Designs Ltd. is seeking a

Skilled Labourer with Cabinet Installation experience

to join our growing team. While the core focus will be on the installation of

kitchens, vanities, and millwork

, this role also requires flexibility to support other finish carpentry and site activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different scopes as needed to support project success.

Key Responsibilities

Install

kitchen cabinets, vanities, and millwork

with precision and quality. Support additional finishing tasks such as

door hardware, fixtures, shelving, and trim carpentry

. Assist with

material deliveries, unloading, staging, and movement

across site areas. Work collaboratively with

site coordinators, lead installers, and project managers

to meet project milestones. Follow and enforce company and WorkSafeBC

safety policies

; maintain a clean and safe site. Be adaptable to changing project needs and willing to perform

varied duties

Requirements

Proven experience in

cabinet or millwork installation

(multi-family or custom home experience preferred). Proficiency with

hand tools and power tools

, used safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail, workmanship, and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to

lift, carry, and maneuver cabinets/materials

. Valid

driver's license

and reliable transportation (asset). Good communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to travel to different project sites throughout the Lower Mainland.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
