Job Description

We are currently hiring a

Custom Cabinet Installer Technician

for one of our clients located in

Calabogie, ON

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the

installation and maintenance of custom cabinetry and built-in products

, delivering top-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This is a

hands-on position

that requires precision, organization, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. In some cases, you may also provide guidance to other team members on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Install

custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, walk-in closets, and built-in wall units

in residential and commercial environments. Use

hand and power tools

to carry out precise installations according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents

to ensure accurate assembly. Measure, cut, and fit moldings, trims, and kick plates as needed. Perform

on-site adjustments or fabrication

of components when required. Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment. Maintain a

clean, safe, and organized worksite

at all times. Prepare and track material usage, ensuring timely replenishment. Communicate clearly with clients and supervisors regarding progress, issues, or required changes. Work cooperatively with other installers and trades to achieve smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

cabinet installation, millwork, or related carpentry

. Proficiency in using

hand and power tools

safely and effectively. Strong ability to

read and interpret technical drawings and measurements

. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and craftsmanship. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a

fast-paced environment

. Reliable, professional, and capable of managing job sites independently.
