Cabinetry Installer

Budget Kitchen Cabinets is a custom cabinets manufacturer servicing the Lower Mainland and located in Surrey BC. We specialize in kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, entertainment units, and bar cabinets. As one of the oldest kitchen cabinets companies in the Vancouver Area, we focus on on-time delivery, quality workmanship and superior customer service.

We are currently looking to have an experienced full time Millwork/Cabinets Installer to join our team for the next 3 months.

Responsibilities:

Installing high quality cabinets in homes all around the lower mainland (single family and multi-family) Millwork Installation on site including direct, front line customer service Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements (Metric and Imperial) Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes Complete paperwork to track completed projects. Must have customer service skills and be service-oriented.

What You Bring:

3-5 years experience in Cabinet Installation Commuting to jobsites in the Lower Mainland Able to install and assemble cabinetry Performing millwork Ability to read and interpret drawings. Strong attention to detail, good organization, time management skills with a positive approach. Ability to problem-solve. Operate woodworking machines and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity Installation of cabinetry, doors, and laminate countertops
