We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. This role involves working on various projects, including cabinet installation, flooring installation, and masonry work. The Installation Technician will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry tasks as needed Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision Conduct construction painting and caulking to finish projects professionally Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Assist in plumbing and electrical installations when required Engage in heavy lifting and assembly tasks as part of the installation process Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or general maintenance person tasks Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks Experience in roofing is beneficial but not mandatory Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members
