Overview

We are looking for an experienced and successful Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in kitchen cabinetry design, sales, and project management, along with excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the full cabinetry sales and design cycle, from concept to completion Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and industry partners Meet clients on-site to complete layouts and verify final measurements Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and pricing using Cabinet Vision or similar Present design concepts, material selections, and pricing options to clients with clarity Set and manage expectations around scope, timelines, and deliverables Proactively seek and secure new sales opportunities Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project hand-off into production Stay informed on the latest design trends, materials, and best practices in the industry Contribute to team success through collaboration, and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

Proficiency in cabinet design software such as Cabinet Vision or similar Strong understanding of cabinetry design principles and current trends Detail-oriented with a creative, solutions-focused mindset 3+ years of experience working with custom home builders Experience managing large-scale or multi-residential projects is a strong asset Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for design and continuous learning

Pay: $75,000.00-$101,000.00 per year
