We have an immediate need for an exceptional cabinet builder for our Abbotsford manufacturing facility. You

must have a proven track record of

building cabinetry to include boxes, drawers, doors and gables, competence in using a panel saw and a willingness to do some finishing carpentry tasks to include cutting and installing moldings, installing plywood sheets on walls, ceilings and floors would be considered an asset.

Key Role Accountabilities

Strong aptitude to read and interpret drawings and execute accordingly

Understands the need to follow proven manufacturing process

Meticulous in your measures and cuts ~ our shop uses imperial measurements

Proficient use of panel saw, edge bander and mitre saw

Experience with installation of cabinetry and applicable hardware

Proficient skill to work with various types of materials including laminate

Prepare plywood and laminate sheets for interior floor, ceiling and wall installation

We are an aligned team who value a transparent workplace, employee communication, innovation and encourage training and skills development. The position offered is full time | 40 hours per week | Monday through Friday | 7am to 3:30pm which includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break and 2 paid 15 minute breaks. Benefits offered after 3 successful months of employment.
