Responsibilities

Respond promptly to roadside assistance requests via phone and digital platforms Provide clear and empathetic communication to customers in distress Gather accurate information through data entry and analysis skills to assess service needs Coordinate with service providers to dispatch appropriate assistance efficiently Maintain detailed records of interactions, services provided, and follow-up actions Upsell additional services or memberships when appropriate, utilizing sales and upselling techniques Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and phone etiquette Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in English and Spanish as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols during all interactions

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is advantageous Demonstrated data entry and analysis skills for accurate recordkeeping and assessment Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for handling stressful situations with professionalism Ability to work independently within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Prior experience or familiarity with roadside assistance services is a plus but not required Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $47,158.39-$77,576.08 per year
