We have more than 700 locations in 70 countries.Position SummaryWe are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Mailroom to join our Waterloo Office.The successful candidate will be heavily involved in all reception duties including; greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding telephone calls, distribution of incoming mail, sending outgoing mail and couriers, maintaining postage meter, ordering supplies, reviewing invoices, tracking equipment, batching cheques, point of contact for building services and providing information with the objective of creating a positive impression and environment.Requirements

  • Previous general office experience in a large office envirnoment is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to use tact and diplomacy * Professional telephone mannerisms
  • Typing rate of 50 wpm
  • Advanced computer skills in Mircosoft Office
  • Organized
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to frequently talk or hear on a telephone and receive detailed information through oral communication is required.
  • Be able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 20lbs
  • Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
