About the team and the role:




We are seeking a Collectibles and LIVE Campaign Manager to lead Content Strategy, Show Programming for eBay Live and support Collectibles Marketing in Canada. This role sits within the Canadian Marketing organization, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with a dotted-line reporting structure to the LIVE Lead. As the merchandiser of live shows on eBay LIVE, you will serve as the vital connector with internal partners to ensure our livestreams are relevant, timely, engaging--and above all--commercially impactful. Along with key lead for LIVE shows, you will work closely with Collectibles Marketing Manager to assist with delivering programs/campaigns that deliver strong business results


This role will rely on influence, coordination, and teamwork to activate seller communities to create compelling and engaging content, craft the live content calendar, and drive program success across multiple categories such as Collectibles

What you will accomplish:



Support the Collectibles marketing manger with the development of marketing strategy and execution of cross-channel, go to market plans for the Collectibles business in partnership with the Category team. Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including marketing briefs and creative development Build connections with our enthusiast communities through your work on in-person/live events, while partnering with external agencies to bring it to life. Develop a comprehensive understanding of buyer needs, trends, and culturally relevant events to build a calendar of events and live selling franchises that boost repeat viewership and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) Collaborate with top sellers, agencies, and internal teams (Category teams, marketing) to ensure a continuous stream of engaging content, developing scalable programs that engage our sellers in the co-creation of this content. Develop and lead the eBay LIVE content calendar--identifying and scheduling livestream events that align with seasonal moments and cultural trends Act as the extension between Category Management and Marketing, ensuring that programming decisions reflect both strategic product focuses and buyer-centric storytelling. Provide hands-on support and oversight for high-priority livestreams and flagship moments. Leverage data to formulate and test hypotheses about content types, hosts, frequency, and timing that drive GMV and viewership. Share findings regularly with marketing, category, and executive team members.

What you will bring:



5+ years of experience in content strategy, production, programming, marketing, or merchandising--preferably in live commerce, e-commerce, streaming, or digital retail environments. Experience driving content calendars and event programming in cross-functional settings without direct authority. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to define new processes. Strong strategic instincts coupled with analytical rigor; ability to balance buyer insight, business priorities, and creative storytelling. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in presenting ideas and influencing diverse partners. Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects with speed and precision. Creative and resourceful problem-solver with a bias for action. Passion for e-commerce, digital content, and emerging trends in live or community-driven retail. Bonus: Experience in marketplace, media, fashion, collectibles, or creator economy industries.
