High-drive fashion sellers from tier-2/3 premium womenswear (e.g., Max Mara, Zhihe, and similar). Not strictly first-line luxury; we value coachability + hunger over brand pedigree.


l Jewelry sales advisors from premium brands who enjoy closing and are comfortable with higher tickets.


l Young, aggressive, CRM-minded "hunters" who believe in long-term clienteling and are willing to build and maintain their book.


l Personality: upbeat, warm, energetic, resilient; naturally proactive in appointment-setting and event-driven outreach.


Category agility: potential to grow cross-category (Fine Jewelry, RTW).


Experience & compensation guardrails


Experience: 1-5 years front-line selling in premium fashion/jewelry; proven monthly targets met/exceeded.
