Qualifications/Skills Required: \xc2\xb7 Grade 12 or equivalent, or a 2-year diploma program from a post-secondary learning institution in Law Enforcement or a combination of education and experience \xc2\xb7 Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license (drivers abstract to be submitted prior to employment) \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Articulate written and oral communication skills including public speaking \xc2\xb7 Willing to take additional training as required \xc2\xb7 Well organized and capable of working independently \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of municipal Bylaws and Alberta Statutes, Acts and Regulations including traffic enforcement \xc2\xb7 Maintain security clearance at the level of \xe2\x80\x9cVerifiable Reliability\xe2\x80\x9d \xc2\xb7 Basic Emergency Management and Incident Command System 100 certifications \xc2\xb7 Computer skills in MS-Office, Word, Excel are an asset. Wage: In accordance with CUPE, Local 927 Contract Hours of Work: full time (40-hour week). Occasional evenings and week-ends required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $26.94-$30.59 per hour Benefits:
