Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform by-hand B-Pressure welding Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld procedures Assist supervisors and co-workers with welding-related tasks as required Grind, cut, drill, and prep materials for welding Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe working condition Comply with Company and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S standards May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of B-Pressure welding techniques (by-hand) Previous experience in fabrication shop and/or field work Must have or be willing to obtain necessary site-specific safety tickets and orientations Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality Able to work independently and within a team environment Flexible and adaptable to shop or field work as required Motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to learn and grow Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Performs well under pressure and meets deadlines
