Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the buying team
Contribute to the progress of ongoing files and projects within the department
Assist in the preparation and delivery of fashion plans
Manage transactional aspects of fashion orders and samples
Handle emails and correspondence with suppliers located both in Canada and internationally
Coordinate business travel for members of the buying team
Requirements
Hold an AEC or DEC in administration or have other relevant experience
Be meticulous and thorough, with a genuine desire to help others
Have strong organizational skills
Be resourceful and comfortable using digital tools, especially the Microsoft Office suite
Communicate effectively, both spoken and written, in French and English, in order to liaise with suppliers around the world
