Commercial Buyer's Agent

, you'll support and represent buyers in identifying, analyzing, and acquiring commercial investment properties, with a focus on

multifamily and mixed-use assets

What You'll Be Doing:



Work collaboratively with Eugen Klein

and team members to close deals efficiently Perform site evaluations, market research, and financial analysis to identify strong investment opportunities Assist in acquisition due diligence, transaction management, and closing Work with investors, developers, and business owners to acquire commercial properties Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified clients and prospects Leverage firm tools including CRM, national databases, analytics, and listing platforms Coordinate and lead buyer property tours, offer preparation, and negotiations Collaborate with our internal research, marketing, and administrative teams Educate clients on current market conditions and pricing strategies Use company-provided tools and CRM to track leads and manage client interactions Help buyers assess value, negotiate offers, and navigate contracts

What We're Looking For:



A licensed real estate professional in British Columbia (or close to obtaining) Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills A deep interest or background in commercial real estate, finance, or development Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills Driven, coachable, and organized with a strong work ethic Background in business, economics, urban planning, or real estate is an asset
