The applicant will be responsible for purchasing equipment from suppliers that meet the company's requirements.

What you will accomplish with us:



Analyze needs related to your assigned categories Place orders through various supplier software platforms Manage inventory related to your categories Ensure product availability for your categories Issue purchase orders Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers Provide internal clients with status updates on any issues related to your categories Handle claims and non-conformities with suppliers Respond to requests from vendors and branch employees Create product codes in the system and update parameters for the suppliers you oversee Perform any other tasks required by the position

What You Bring to Our Team:



College diploma in Administration, Procurement, or equivalent 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role Bilingual (French and English) Strong knowledge of MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent multitasking skills and customer service orientation


Compensation information:

$55,000 to $70,000 per year Annual bonus
