SUMMARY:

White Ash Group is looking for a Buyer who will be responsible, under the supervision of the Director of Finance, for the company's purchasing and the associated coordination and management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, in collaboration with the cross-functional teams, the company's purchases with regard to raw materials (cannabis biomass), consumables and the various components to manufacture and ship finished products Manage the planning of the cannabis biomass supply schedule for intermediate and finished products Implement best practices in supply management to reduce costs while maintaining input quality Design and use cost-effective purchasing and procurement strategies Discover reliable suppliers and initiate win-win procurement partnerships Maintain close business relationships with partners in order to negotiate with external suppliers to secure advantageous conditions Renegotiate major service agreements annually with the help of cross-functional teams Management and updating of the "Purchasing" and "Suppliers" component in the ERP

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain Management 3-5 years of experience in a similar position Bilingualism essential (oral, written), Spanish an asset Excellent writing skills in French and English Solid knowledge of the Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Have already worked with an "ERP-Enterprise Resource Planning", an integrated business management software Skills Basic knowledge of cannabis products Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to interact with cross-functional teams and management Agile and comfortable to evolve in a changing work environment Skilled and interested in negotiation Ability to generate reports and produce statistics Be proactive, solution-oriented and results-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Ability to manage organizational change and adaptability

RESPONSABILITES:

Mener, en collaboration avec les equipes interfonctionnelles, les achats de l'entreprise en ce qui concerne les matieres premieres (biomasse de cannabis), les consommables et les differentes composantes pour fabriquer et expedier les produits finis Gerer la planification du calendrier d'approvisionnement de la biomasse de cannabis pour les produits intermediaires et finis Instaurer les meilleures pratiques en termes de gestion de l'approvisionnement de maniere a reduire les couts tout en preservant la qualite des intrants Concevoir et utiliser des strategies d'achat et d'approvisionnement rentables Decouvrir des fournisseurs fiables et initier des partenariats d'approvisionnement gagnants pour les deux partis Entretenir des etroites relations d'affaires avec les partenaires dans le but de negocier avec les fournisseurs externes pour securiser des conditions avantageuses Renegocier annuellement les plus importantes ententes de services avec l'aide des equipes interfonctionnelles Gestion et mise a jour du volet ?Achat? et ?Fournisseurs? dans le ERP

QUALIFICATIONS:
