Job Description
Under the leadership of the Procurement Manager, the buyer will be responsible for the procurement of a range of products for several distribution centers.
More details:
- Work closely with category managers, distribution and transportation managers, accounts payable, supplier representatives and our merchants ;
- Maintain optimal inventory and service levels;
- Establish and monitor receiving priorities for product lines;
- Verify and analyze various reports for purchase planning, ensuring the right product, at the right time, in the right place;
- Plan promotional sales for product ranges;
- Negotiate with suppliers from time to time.
