We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of meat cutting techniques. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality meat products to our customers while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform meat cutting and preparation tasks, including but not limited to slicing, grinding, and packaging various types of meat. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all products.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation or as a butcher in the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in meat processing. A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace.
